About the program Christian said:
I feel SO much better about myself! 20 pounds really has transformed me. Especially when every week you are only losing 1-3 pounds… it seems like they’ll never add up to make a difference. And then you get done with the program and really see your old self and realize just how far you’ve traveled. I loved being on a schedule and I feel like I have more time and energy to spend with my girls and husband. I really have retrained my mind and body to eat smaller portions and how important being hydrated is. I love this program and how it’s changed my life.

Kathy’s story: 110 lbs gone and 40 more to go! LOVE THIS PROGRAM! I’m 53 and have been overweight for the last 30 years going up and down… losing weight on different programs. Some programs I would lose but couldn’t sustain the loss and would gain it all back and more. I’ve tried them all so I was at a loss of what to do and how. I had reached my highest weight ever of 296 lbs, high blood pressure and on my way to being diabetic. I have Osteoarthritis which had forced me to use a cane and that awful motorized scooter when I went to amusement parks! I couldn’t fit in the booths at restaurants and was using the extender belts on airplanes! I was miserable! My life changed when a friend told me she was a health coach for this miraculous program! After the first week I had lost 12 lbs! I was so happy! I wasn’t starving,I felt great and really energetic. Then I lost 2-5 lbs each week thereafter to where I am today at 114 lbs gone, and within 35 lbs of my goal! I can’t begin to tell you how excited I am to be getting off my blood pressure meds! My husband is also on the program with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes! He has lost 44 lbs and has cut his diabetes meds in half! His BP and Cholesterol is normal now!!! Our doctors are extremely happy with our progress as are we! My hubby has about 60 lbs to go and so we are looking forward to the added years we have put on our lives!!!
