I think every now and then it's important to figure out those little things in life that make you happy. Those little rays of sunshine if you will. For me those little rays of sunshine have been my kids. Boston has been so hilarious and insightful this week. Today I woke up to a little naked bum turning on the shower in our bathroom. He's been afraid of the shower up until the last couple of days and... well apparently he's conquered his fear. He just hung out in the shower for a good fifteen minutes before waking me up with a juicy wet kiss. And Savy. Well there aren't even words to describe. I don't know what it is about having a girl but every tantrum she throws is soooo cute. She walks around the house with this little 'tude acting like she owns the place. I'll get her dressed and she'll twirl around in her little tu-tu and say "priddy"!! She loves when I do her hair and she loves watching me put on makeup. I feel so blessed to be molding these little spirits. At times I feel like the biggest failure and that I'm doing it all wrong but then Boston says things like "mom you look so pretty right now" or "mom can you sing that song again, I really loved it" and somehow I feel like I'm not screwing up too bad.
What are your rays of sunshine? Those small moments that get you from day to day?
