Shopping for Brian has always been hard for me. He’s not really into electronics and he hates spending money on clothes. We’ve been married for almost seven years and he’s still wearing the wardrobe he had before we were engaged. He’s graduating grad school soon and it’s time for me to take control of his life and spruce up his closet! I want him to look grown up and professional, no more skater shirts or American Eagle Tee’s!
I’ve teamed up with Kohls and have picked out my dream wardrobe for Brian. This Christmas he’ll be getting something functional, something I know he needs and something I’m confident in picking out for him. Most guys love athletic clothes. I don’t know what it is. Maybe it’s that they’re super soft or because they feel super tuff and masculine in them. Or maybe it’s that they have lots of stretch. I guess I can’t really judge because I wear my yoga pants 6 out of 7 days of the week! I actually really love athletic clothes on guys so I don’t mind one bit. These are a few of my picks from Kohls.
Brian is almost 30 so we’ve really had to go through his wardrobe and make it a little more grown up. These are all nice staples that belong in a grown-ups closet. So if your husband refuses to shop and you have a hard time picking out clothes for him, start here. A couple nice button ups that can be worn alone or layered under sweaters and cardi’s and neutral jeans that can honestly go with everything!
Brian is a little bit more picky with his shoes. Pair number 4 is totally his style. With his new grown up ward robe though he struggles finding shoes that match his outfit. 1 and 2 are perfect to wear this winter, they go with everything and they really polish off a nice casual outfit. These are my picks for Brian’s wardrobe!
