HEYO!!!!!!! You guys know I’ve been STRUGGLING hard core with my bookshelves. We have just about a million floating shelves next to our fire place and honestly it’s just too overwhelming for my brain! One of my best friends in the whole entire world is a fabulous designer and I asked her to put together a little e-design of products I can buy for my shelves. She’s the best and put together this little collage + a few tricks on styling them like a pro!
Hey guyyyys! So I did a huge story on Instagram the other day of us finally getting our big pieces of furniture set up in our house. I’ve been getting a lot of questions on all the details so I thought it’d be easier to just direct everyone here. Without revealing TOO much, here are the plans and what we’ve purchased so far. I’ve been working with Kimberly Beard who has been so amazing at helping me organize all my ideas! If it weren’t for her I would have 1, never actually got started on the project because interior design is so overwhelming to me and 2, it would have ended up a mess of random styles and furniture because I just cannot narrow things down!!

This room has been done for a good two years now, say whaaat? Yeah, we don’t even live in that house anymore! I was finishing it up when I was pregnant with the twins, had taken pictures and was wrapping up a few things before posting and then bam, the twins were born. And the rest is history. It was piled up in my drafts and I never got around to publishing it. Until today. Are you excited? Be excited. Okay but not too excited because it’s kind of old news… umm… let’s just move on haha! Welcome to Boston and Savys room!! This room was so challenging for me because I wanted each of them to have their own space that they loved. That meant super girlie + bright pinks and ruffles for Savy and that meant Star Wars and boy colors for Boston. However, it’s so hard to blend those two different ideas! So I spent hours and hours scouring pinterest and DIYing
