Valentine’s Day Monkey Bread Hey Babes! Valentine’s Day is a day for sweets and I’m pretty sure calories don’t count either, so boy oh boy do I have a recipe for you.  And, this is kid tested and simple as can be.  You ready?  Today I’m sharing with you my Valentine’s Day Monkey Bread Recipe.   This only takes 6 ingredients, 10 minutes to prepare and 30 minutes to bake.  It is ooey and gooey and oh, so yummy.  You are going to love it!   How to make Valentine’s Day Monkey Bread: Recipe from here. Ingredients: 3-8 ounce packages buttermilk biscuits 1 cup sugar 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 cup butter (2 sticks) 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla Valentine’s Day Monkey Bread Step 1: Prepare your favorite (and cutest) baking dish or bundt pan by greasing it with cooking spray or butter.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. THE YUMMIEST Keto Pizza!

Hey babes! I’m so excited to finally share this low-carb and gluten-free pizza crust recipe with you, it’s SOOO GOOOOD!!!! Just a quick recap: Brian and I started the Keto diet back in June and we were steadfast for a little over a month. I did a triathlon sprint (guys I took THIRD place in my age division. Why I haven’t bragged about that until now I have no idea haha!) while in Michigan visiting family and fell out of ketosis with the carbs I took the night before and right after the race. I tried and tried to get back into it but just didn’t have it in me to follow a strict meal plan. So late one night the chocolate chip cookie cravings came and we just fell off the wagon. We aren’t doing Keto anymore but hopefully when things settle down and I can trust myself to commit, we’ll get back into it – I really loved the diet. It was easy and I didn’t feel like I was really sacraficing anything. We found a lot of super yummy recipes and I was happy and totally satisfied on it. It’s just hard to get into. And if you get out if it you’ve gotta be strict with what you’re eating until you can get back in. I followed the fit2fat2fit meal plan for a week and then figured out my macros so I could switch up what I was eating!!
ANYWAY, with that out of the way this was and still is one of our very favorite low-carb keto crusts. I’ve tried several over the years including cauliflower pizza crusts and this won wins hands down. This recipe is from Wholesome Yum, she’s AMAZING to follow if you’re gluten-free or low-carb. We loved all her recipes, especially the cheesecake!

WHITE BEAN CHICKEN CHILI — SUMMER EDITION! Okay loves, I’m back at it with the instant pot and still working on my goal of finding quick, easy, and healthy recipes. Today I’ve got a super yummy one for you from Eat.Drink.Love! This is one of those meals that takes you five minutes to get everything put in the instant pot and voila! in under one hour your dinner is ready!

Now I know what you might be thinking “chili… isn’t that a winter dish?” but today we’re breaking rules and eating chili in the offseason because we can! Also because this chili is totally fit for the summer because of its broth-base. It is light and fresh and doesn’t leave you feeling overwhelmingly full but rather sufficiently satisfied, perfect for the summer months.
