Now that I’m off the diet, I’ve started exercising again. And being 17 pounds lighter I feel like I can do anything! I’ve started T25, which I love and if you want to start it with me you can get it here. This new body has seriously motivated me into waking up before the kids every morning. And it feels so good to wake up before the kids and take some time for myself. Exercise is a huge part of being fit and healthy and this program definitely promotes it all.
