Noah Barton Henrie

My little sister had her baby!  Little Noah, weighing in at a whopping six pounds.  Healthy as a horse!  I was the only one able to represent the Prows family as my parents are living is Russia and my other siblings live out state.  Luckily I'm the coolest family member anyway so it didn't really matter... hee he!  Hayley designated me as the photographer.  Naturally I would have complained and thrown a massive Boston tantrum but it was either me... or her husband...  I quickly accepted the challenge.

Here are a few of the spoils!

I must say I quite enjoyed being behind the camera.  My little sister is so gorgeous.  She and Asher will be the best parents to little baby Noah.  My mom was devastated she couldn't be there.  It's her youngest daughter having her first baby.  Thanks to modern technology however, she and my dad were able to be there the whole time via facetime.  It really was a remarkable experience.

I wrote a little letter to Noah and I wanted to share just a tiny bit of it...

"... you have come to this earth with everything you need to make it back to our Heavenly Father.  You are special and have been saved for this time.  I know that if you listen to your parents and heed their advice and council you will be safe and make the choices you need to to make it back home..."

It's experiences like these that bring us so close to heaven.  Newborn babies are as innocent as they come.  To have that mantle of parenthood placed on your shoulders is such a responsibility.  It's a wonderful gift but a huge responsibility.  I have no doubt that Hayley and Asher will love little Noah and I only wish that more babies were born to parents more like them.

Well Noah, make yourself at home!  We love you!

Facetime definitely makes things better when you just can't be there physically.
