The step by steps were a hit last week so I included them again.  This one is a little hard to describe but you’re basically twirling hair around your finger and pinning the coil to your head.  By pinning them close together it ends up looking like this gorgeous intricate updo when it really took five minutes and a few bobby pins.  If the step by steps are a little confusing, make sure to watch the video below.  It’s so much easier than it looks!

Soooo two videos in one day?!  Aren’t you guys lucky haha!!  The next few videos were filmed before I chopped my length and before I got my camera lens fixed.  They bug me just a bit but oh well, you can tell what’s going on.  And they’ll just have to do because I’m staying at my in-laws for another week and then it’s off to NEW YORK FASHION WEEK with TRESEMME!!!

WHAT?!!  I’m crazy excited.  I’ve known for awhile but didn’t want to say anything until it was like — for sure.  They booked my flights today so it’s official enough for me to tell you.  I’m going with my friend Leanne Barlow, you met her on a bike chariot during the Utah Style Icon Awards remember?!  Tresemme is putting us up in the Empire Hotel (umm… you know… where they filmed gossip girl) and we’re going to a bunch of shows and events with them.  Of course I’ll keep you updated so make sure you’re following me on insta @twistmepretty!

I’ll be doing a daily hair diary for them and turning high fashion runway hairstyles into everyday looks.  I’m SO EXCITED!  Picture Agnes on Despicable Me when she screams “It’s so fluffy“.  That’s how I feel.  I’m a little nervous because I’m not high fashion.  I’m affordable mom fashion.  I’m gonna show up with my Target purse and forever 21 necklaces and be like, “what you lookin’ at”?! Hahaha! But seriously, I couldn’t let my fear get in the way so here I go. To New York at the craziest time of year. I’m soo excited!!
