3 Easy Dinners to Always Have Ingredients On Hand For

Welcome my friend Dani, from the Dani Marie blog, back! She’s sharing another great life hack today with some easy dinners you can always have on hand. I am loving all these great tips she’s been sharing and I hope you are too. Make sure to check out her other posts if you haven’t. Now, let’s get to Dani!

It is back to school time, the time when routines are put back into place and life gets a little bit more structured, well at least at our house. It also is the time where a lot of extra curricular activities start. My little boy has started soccer and has soccer practice twice a week when Zach gets off work. Dinner time is always a time that is a little bit hectic at our house and especially with extra curricular activities added in there. Then you add homework and witching hours into that and to say it is crazy town would be an understatement.

Easy Dinners For The Win

We always have 3 meals that we keep everything stocked in the pantry for when those crazy nights come. These meals are quick and easy to make and they are meals that my entire family loves. I hope that you guys love them, try them, and that they make your dinner time a little bit easier!
These quick and easy dinner recipes taste great and are perfect to keep on hand for busy nights. They are kid and budget friendly too! Utah Style Blogger Dani Marie is sharing her 3 go-to meals that she always as ingredients for. Click to see them here!

TACO SOUP (really more like taco casserole)

1 Can Black Beans – Rinsed & Drained
1 Can Pinto Beans
1 Can Corn
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Packet Taco Seasoning
1 lb Ground Beef

This is really thick and we joke that it is more like taco casserole than soup. If you want it more of a soup consistency you can add tomato juice and a can of water to it. Brown Ground Beef with Taco Seasoning. Add all other ingredients to a pot and heat, add ground beef & serve with chips!

Hi! My name is Dani Marie Krum, unless you’re my mom then my name is Danielle. I am the mama to two littles, King who is four and is the fire and adventure in our house & Lettie who is one and is our peace and calm. I am a pediatric nurse and worked in home care for 7 years until my special needs little brother Matt passed away and I haven’t returned to working quite yet. I love to work out in the mornings (okay, I actually don’t love it but I do love the way it makes me feel and sets up my entire day) and love to binge watch the Kardashians & Bachelor while eating Double Stuff El Fudges in bed. Sharing all about my family, strong willed littles, postpartum depression, anxiety, and so much more is what my site is about and I am so beyond excited to be here at Twist Me Pretty!
