DIY Lemon and Mint Foot Scrub
Hey babes, who else is ready for warmer weather? I know I am because you know what comes with warm weather? That’s right, it’s time to switch out boots for sandal season! Spring in Utah has been a little crazy and super wet. My toes have been covered for months but I just looked outside and the sun is shining and I’m pretty sure that summer is really here to stay. So today I wanted to share how I am getting my feet ready for spring with my Lemon and Mint Foot Scrub. This is great to give your feet a little TLC since they’ve been hibernating all winter.

How To Make Lemon + Mint Foot Scrub
Step 1. Gather Your Ingredients
- 3 Cups Epsom Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut oil
- 10 drops Lemon essential oil
- 15 drops Peppermint essential oil
- 1 Cup Baking Soda
- 1 Tablespoon Green Matcha Green Tea
Step 2. Mix Ingredients All Together
In a bowl, mix together 3 cups salt, 1 cup coconut oil, 15 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil and 10 drops Lemon Essential Oil. The salt gently sloughs off dry skin, the coconut oil moisturizes, and the lemon and peppermint oil provide a mood boost. The matcha green tea powder gives it a pretty green color (optional).
Step 3. Place the foot scrub mixture in a pretty glass jar
Directions For Use
Scrub vigorously in circular motions over damp feet, paying extra attention to dry areas.
Rinse well and pat dry.
Apply lotion to lock in moisture and wah-la! You’ve got super soft, refreshed feet all ready for springtime and sandal weather. Are you babes ready for springtime and warm weather too? Tell me in the comments the thing you are looking forward to the most this spring!
